Jennifer Dunne's network representation of the Burgess Shale food web

Two SFI researchers are featured in an article in the journal Food Webs that summarizes key contributions to the advancing field of food web ecology. 

SFI Vice President for Science Jennifer Dunne and Science Board member Robert May are among 14 researchers whose work has expanded our understanding of food web structure and dynamics over the last century, it says. 

Dunne is recognized for using network theory as a framework for understanding food webs; May, for his exploration of food web complexity and stability.
