The Comenius Complexity and Leadership Course is an international executive program (by invitation only) that examines the thinking in evolutionary processes and dynamic systems. Central to these are the concepts of adaptation, dynamics, emergence, nonlinearity. During this curriculum, sharp, new insights are gained which can be applied for a better understanding of organizational dynamics, developing new problem-solving techniques and improved approaches to leadership.
