SFI is now accepting applications from accomplished journalists for the Complex Systems Summer School Journalism Fellowship.

The submission deadline is February 28, 2020.

Modeled after signature journalism fellowships at other research institutions, and after SFI's 2013 and 2014 journalism fellowships, this program will bring to SFI accomplished reporters with an interest in the methods and tools modern science can bring to bear on some of our most complex and interrelated problems.

During fellowship term of five weeks, selected fellows have rare access to SFI’s approach and people, and participate in the iconic Complex Systems Summer School to learn the history of and trends in complex systems science, its methods, and the state and limitations of current scientific theory.

This is a paid, residential fellowship. The 2020 Complex Systems Summer School convenes June 14-July 10.
