The Santa Fe Institute is co-hosting an international conference on systems analysis, to be held November 11-13, 2015 in Vienna, Austria.

The Systems Analysis 2015 conference will bring together over 30 experts to highlight recent advances, current gaps, and untapped disciplinary potentials in the field of systems analysis. Speakers include SFI External Professor Simon Levin, an expert in ecological systems, and SFI Professor Luis Bettencourt, who will also serve on the conference’s scientific committee with Distinguished Professor Geoffrey West. SFI Vice President for Science Jennifer Dunne will serve on the Board of Principles with External Professor Stephen Lansing.

The conference will be held at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), which is based in a former imperial palace south of Vienna, Austria.
