In addition to the Complexity Fellowships offered by the Santa Fe Institute, we welcome early-career scholars with their own funding.

A Schmidt Science Fellow, a Ford Foundation Fellow and a James S. McDonnell Foundation fellow are all part of our current Complexity Postdoctoral Fellows cohort.

Current fellows have disciplinary backgrounds in a broad range of fields including software and information systems, statistical physics, informatics, mathematics, cognitive science, electrical engineering, economics and sociology.

Self-funded applicants will be invited for a two-day visit to give a talk and to meet with faculty and postdoctoral researchers. If you have funding and are interested in joining a collaborative research community that nurtures creative, transdisciplinary thought in pursuit of key insights about the complex systems, please contact Hilary Skolnik hilary@santafe.edu
